Privacy notice
Who is responsible?
Nadal Capital SL, NIF B88754478, c/ Velázquez nº 10, planta 1, 28001 Madrid, Spain. For privacy enquiries, contact Contact@nadbal.com.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not submit your message to a website database or send an email automatically. The fields remain in the current browser page until you leave it; the website does not save them in local storage. Review your message before sending. Your email provider’s own privacy terms also apply.
Information you choose to send
When you email us, we receive your contact details and the information in your message. We use that information to respond and, where requested, consider a potential engagement. Do not include identity documents, bank details or confidential transaction files in an initial enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
Steps you request before entering into an engagement may be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General business correspondence may be handled under our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries, Article 6(1)(f). Applicable legal obligations may also require processing under Article 6(1)(c).
Access and retention
Information may be handled by authorised personnel and the service providers necessary to operate business email. We retain correspondence for the enquiry or engagement and for applicable legal record-keeping and claims periods. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable by contacting the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.
Website hosting
The hosting service processes technical connection data needed to deliver and secure the website. This website does not install advertising or audience-measurement scripts.
